·      We will arrange for the return pick up from the originally delivered address only. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are required to return free items as well.

·      We process and ship orders within 1 Working Day. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders or pre-order items may take up to 3 Working days.

·      Order to Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern and lockdown areas might take longer than usual to get delivered.

·         Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp and Email.

·         We ship select products internationally. Delivery may take up to 18–20 working days based on destination and customs clearance.
